B 892 (“administrator” or “company”), is within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC
(“Regulation”) by the controller of personal data.

1. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

We process personal data in the following cases related to a visit to the online store on the betoni.art website (“online store”) or to the company’s business activities:
you have registered in the online store as a permanent customer;
you have placed an order for goods in the online store;
you have signed up to receive commercial communications;
you are an entrepreneurial natural person or an employee of a legal entity with whom we have entered into a contract as a customer or supplier of services or goods;
you are an employee or a job applicant in our company.

2. CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA


We process the following categories of personal data:

Identification and address data: academic degree, name, surname, address of permanent residence, delivery or other contact address, registered office, ID number.
Electronic contact details: telephone number, mobile phone number, email address
Additional personal data required for the execution of the contract: bank account number, payment amounts and history, or other similar data.
Other personal data provided by you in the contract or addendum or in other documents, including later updates.
For employees and job applicants, we process the CV and data needed to process the payroll and tax agenda.

The legal obligations imposed on us include, in particular, issuing, receiving and archiving tax documents, maintaining employee files, and managing payroll.
4.3. Legitimate interest
We process the personal data of customers for the purposes of direct marketing, as this is our legitimate interest.
In the event that the collection of cookies is considered the processing of personal data, this is also our legitimate interest.
On the basis of legitimate interest, we can send you a questionnaire, the subject of which will be the verification of your satisfaction with a purchase in the online store.

The right to request the transfer of data – under the conditions of Article 20 of the Regulation, you have the right to ask us to transfer your personal data to a third party.
The right to object – if we process your personal data based on our legitimate interest, you have the right to object to such processing at any time.
The right to file a complaint – in case of doubt about compliance with our obligations related to the processing of personal data, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.

If you refuse to provide personal data necessary for the above-mentioned purposes, it may happen that we will not be able to deliver the ordered goods or services.
Our company does not carry out any personal data processing activities within which profiling would occur.
We process personal data through software, therefore, at least partially automated processing takes place.
